Bad Feedback Trigger
Ratings under 2.5 stars count as bad feedback. When a barber reaches 3 bad reviews, the system recommends warning level one.
Deduction Trigger
When total deductions reach 10% of salary, the system marks first warning; at 20%, it marks second warning.
Manager Control
The manager can also issue warnings manually without any salary deduction, keeping discipline separate and flexible.
